Todd Cathey -:- Associate Pastor of Church Development

     Todd was raised in Dickson, TN.  After high school, he served with the Dickson County Sheriff’s Department and the Metro Nashville Police Department.  As an eight year police veteran, God called him to the ministry.  While living in Nashville, Todd met his wife Sheila, a native of Oklahoma.  In 1994, the Catheys left Nashville and moved to Texas for Todd to continue his education.  Todd received his undergraduate degree (B.A. in Biblical Studies) from The Criswell College and graduate degrees from The Criswell College (M.A. Theology) and Dallas Baptist University (Master of Education), as well as a research doctorate in Church Ministry Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.  Todd has also done post-doctoral work in the area of Church Revitalization at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO.  Todd was called to Arrow Heights in 2009, after serving for six years as the Executive Pastor of the First Baptist Church of DeSoto, MO.
